Academy
For youth-focused coaching: everything a Social club has, plus the player development tools your coaches use, from 1-2-1s and session planning up to assessments and AI training plans, depending on the level you choose.
A club can't switch type later. A Social club that wants Academy features signs up a separate Academy club.

You only pay for active players and extra coaches, so a new club with no players has nothing to pay. Academy clubs can move between levels at any time from the Club plan page.
