The Communications Centre includes a moderation queue for reported messages, snapshot-preserved even if the sender deletes. Comms suspensions are surgical — DM only, announcements only, or all comms — with reason recorded and an appeal route back to the shared admin inbox. Build a real public showcase page from Club Management — your logo, a 32:9 banner, up to six photos, an "About us" you write yourself, six "what we offer" highlights, and when you train (tick your group sessions and they stay in sync). Share the link anywhere, and you're listed in the Summit club directory, so prospective members land somewhere that feels like your club, not a database row. Players already training with you can request to join from the page, and "Contact us now" lands in a shared club inbox any of your head coaches or club admins can answer.
