For head coaches & clubs

See the whole club at once.

If you're the person ultimately responsible for the standard across every court, every coach, every parent group and every safeguarding decision — Summit gives you the view you actually need to do that job.

One calendar for the whole club.

Every group session, every 1-2-1, every closed date, every competition entry on every player's annual plan — the head-coach calendar surfaces all of it. Lead coach lineup. Supporting coach lineup. Attendance. The pattern view that nobody coaching just their own squad can see.

Coaches with the right level of trust.

Your assistant coaches are not your head coaches. Summit lets you set per-coach permissions on what each coach can announce to (all players, all parents, the whole coaching group, specific session attendees) and who each coach can directly message. You promote, demote, and adjust without re-architecting anything.

Communications with a moderator's seat.

The Communications Centre includes a moderation queue for reported messages, snapshot-preserved even if the sender deletes. Comms suspensions are surgical — DM only, announcements only, or all comms — with reason recorded and an appeal route back to the shared admin inbox. Safeguarding isn't a separate product; it's structurally baked in.

World-class support, always on hand.

Summit ships with real admin and technical support assistance which is always on hand and empowered to see exactly what you see, so if you ever run into difficulties you get the best possible support — quickly, accurately, and without having to explain your own platform back to the person helping you. A public club showcase — coming v1.9.

The club directory tile is being upgraded to a real public showcase page — your logo, a 32:9 banner, an "About us" you write yourself, your coaching team, your venues, and an enquiry CTA. The same page replaces the generic directory profile, so prospective members land somewhere that feels like your club, not somewhere that feels like a database row. (In development — see "What's coming next".)
