About us
Welcome to Peter Jeffrey Badminton Academy (PJBA), where we are passionate about developing badminton players of all ages and abilities. Founded and led by Peter Jeffrey, a former Great Britain Head Coach with experience across three Olympic Games, PJBA offers a professional, supportive and enjoyable coaching environment. Our academy provides a structured development pathway, from young beginners picking up a racket for the first time through to ambitious competitive players looking to reach their full potential. Our coaching programme is built around three levels: 🏸 Discover – Introducing younger and newer players to badminton, developing fundamental skills, coordination and a love for the sport. 🏸 Progress – Building technical skills, tactical understanding, movement and confidence through structured coaching. 🏸 Perform – Advanced training for committed players looking to improve their competitive performance and achieve their badminton goals. At PJBA, we believe in developing more than just badminton skills. We encourage confidence, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. Whether you’re new to badminton or already competing, we’d love to welcome you to the academy. Get in touch to arrange a free taster session!
